Telangana state board technical educationa and training has already Conducted the 1st phase counselling In the first week of July and seats are alloted on 7th july.Some of students are not qualified for Ts ECET Seat allotment.For those candidates Telangana govt has counducting the 2nd phase counselling and official notification will be releases soon as possible as.
- Candidates who have secured seat but not interested to join.
- Who have not secured seat so far but got their certificates verified.
- Who have not exercised the options so far but got their certificates verified.
- Who have secured a seat, reported and aspiring for a better option.
- Who have reported/Not reported but cancelled their Phase-I allotment.
- And any other eligible candidates.

How to Give Web option in 2nd Phase
- Firstly Go to official Website tsecet.nic.in
- Now In index tab you can find Candidate login
- Now click on Candidate login
- After clicking it will asks Login details
- Now enter the details of candidates
- And give web options
Note :-
Login Id and Password are Same which used in 1st counselling
